The processing time is 3 - 8 weeks to create handmade custom mugs. We're unable to provide a definite delivery time as they can warp and crack at any stage and sometimes have to be remade. You should receive your order within the 8 weeks.

We're aiming to make you your perfectly imperfect mug. If you're not happy with your piece you can contact us with your details as soon as you receive your order and we will do our best to help.
