Welcome to Naetive. By using our website and purchasing our handmade pottery, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully.

This website is operated by naetive. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naetive. Naetive offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

  1. Products or Services 

Our products are crafted individually and may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. These variations are not defects but a testament to the uniqueness of each piece.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

  1. Custom Orders

Please review and check your Order before placing it, as you are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the Order are correct. You are responsible for making sure that all information you provide in connection with your Order is true and accurate and you are the authorised user of the payment method provided.

Custom orders are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started. The order may be cancelled and refunded if production has not yet started.

We are unable to change or make amendments to your order after production has started.

When purchasing a custom gem you are allowing us the creative freedom to make the product to the best of our ability with the information you have provided. You are responsible to provide as much information as possible for us to make your order accurately and with our vision aligned. We are not responsible to chase for more information or for colours should these not be provided in the original order. 

7.1 Custom Happy Accidents Sale

Happy Accidents Definition: Occasionally, we may produce a custom mug that does not meet our quality standards due to minor imperfections. These items are referred to as "Happy Accidents."

Customer Notification and Offer:

When a "Happy Accident" occurs, we will notify the original customer who placed the order and offer them the opportunity to purchase the imperfect mug at a discounted price before we proceed with a remake.

Customer Decision:

If the customer accepts the discounted offer, the sale is final, and the customer will receive the imperfect mug at the agreed discounted price.

If the customer declines the offer, we will proceed with remaking the mug to meet our quality standards, and the original order will be fulfilled as initially requested.

Happy Accidents Sale Availability:

Declined "Happy Accidents" mugs will be added to our "Happy Accidents" sale section. These mugs will be available for purchase by other customers at a discounted price. All sales of "Happy Accidents" mugs are final.

Sale Finality and Warranty:

By purchasing a mug from the "Happy Accidents" sale, you acknowledge that the product may have minor imperfections. These items are sold as-is, and no returns, exchanges, or warranties apply.

Modification of Terms:

Naetive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Processing Time

The processing time for the order will vary depending on our workload. The processing time is an estimate time and not a guaranteed time. The processing time does not include delivery and courier times.

We will attempt to the best of our ability to process your order within the processing time provided, however we are not responsible for any delays which are out of our control. Handmade ceramics is a fragile and unpredictable art and orders sometimes need to be remade.

Fast Track is designed to prioritise your order over our current workload. We will aim to process your order in the processing time provided, the processing time for fast tracks is an estimate and not a guarantee. We may still encounter natural and unpredictable delays that are involved in the making process of handmade ceramics

  1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store

  1. Optional Tools

 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools” as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement

By using our custom mug design service, you acknowledge and agree that all designs created through our platform are the sole property of Naetive This includes, but is not limited to, any artwork, graphics, text, or other design elements you may create or upload.

License to Use:

While you do not own the rights to the designs, Naetive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the designs solely for the purpose of purchasing custom mugs from our store. This license does not allow you to reproduce, distribute, or use the designs for any other purpose.

Prohibited Uses:

You are strictly prohibited from using the designs for commercial purposes, reselling, or otherwise exploiting the designs in any manner not expressly permitted by Naetive

Intellectual Property Infringement:

By creating or uploading designs, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any intellectual property contained in your designs. You agree to indemnify and hold Naetive harmless from any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from your use of our service

If you haven't been here before then you might not know how it works or how to customise. Customisable ceramics is a beautifully ambitious art and our goal is to make it accessible for everyone to make their dream mug. This comes with a touch of patience and understanding that our handmade mugs go through a complex journey to get to you and can take up to 8 weeks.

Custom Mugs

Custom mugs are made to order to help give you as many options as possible to design and create your dream mug. We have different sizes available from espresso, flat white, standard, latte and large. Each mug is customisable with our selection of different gems, a model and handles to really bring your personality through your mug. You can personalise your mug with different quotes, affirmations, prayers, jokes, anything that means something to you. You can place your text in 3 different areas, the inside rim, inside bottom and outside rim. 

naetive mugs are made for you, to celebrate those special moments in life and to  wake up with something that reminds you just how special you are. 

Processing Time

We craft our mugs carefully and the art of customised pottery is a patient one. Our custom orders can take up to 8 weeks to make as our kiln firings may give us more than what we asked for and orders can come out with extra imperfection. Our 8 week processing time should include any orders that we need to remake. 

Individuality

All of our mugs are handmade by one of our amazing makers and are all unique in their own way. Each mug may have small differences in placements, colour and shape.

Each mug is handmade and made individually, these pieces are one of one and each have their own unique aesthetic imperfections.

Custom handmade ceramics go through many fragile stages and vigorous firing processes which can result in small aesthetic differences and imperfections.

The nature of handmade ceramics can have unforeseen imperfections which may occur during any stage of the making process. We will always remake any orders we are not 100% satisfied with, however we don't like to waste and will contact you to discuss the process of your order.
